I am a new owner of a XC90 T8. The electric battery doesn't last very long. It has been cold and I did read somewhere that any battery isn't super efficient in the cold. However, I barely get 10 kms out of it. Normal?

This is not normal...
Just having a some anticipation I’m doing around 29-31 kms of real use in pure electric mode, and with the heater connected

With use of additional heater (settings, climate options) I find that my range dramatically drops and likely is in the 10-15km range.
I can usually stay reasonably comfortable with seat warmers on max with occasional (and brief) use of additional heater on those -30 days.
My Usual winter range is 23-25km (last year) and 30-32 (summer).
